Payment online
Secure credit card orders can be placed online via the PivoTell website. Please click on 'Terms' above for full details.

Payment by cheque
If you do not want to order online, simply select your products, proceed to checkout and select 'payment by cheque'. You will then be able to print off a copy of your order, which should be posted to PivoTell with a cheque.

Delivery
UK - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £2.50 for one, 2 or more £4.50 (ex. VAT)
EIRE - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £4.50 for one, 2 or more £6.50 (ex. VAT).
Rest of the World Airmail Postage and Packaging - £6.50 for one, £9.50 for 2 or more (ex VAT).
The Cadex® will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. Customers should allow 28 days for delivery (although despatch is usually within 3 days).

Returns policy
If you find the dispenser is not suitable, you may return it for a full refund less postage. It must be returned to us within 14 days, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. For details on posting back, please click on 'Terms' above.

Warranty
Should any malfunction of the Cadex arise, you should in the first instance contact PivoTell Ltd for advice. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved, PivoTell Ltd undertake to repair or replace (at PivoTell Ltd's option) the Cadex providing that malfunction is reported within three (3) months from the day of delivery.

PivoTell Ltd will accept no responsibility for faults arising from misuse of the mem-x (for example - dropping, water damage, foreign objects, use of sharp implements).
