Prices
The PivoTell® automatic pill dispenser, parts and accessories are zero-rated for VAT when supplied to a disabled person, or to a charity which makes the dispenser available for the use of disabled persons, subject to completion of an eligibility declaration (see VAT Exemption form). All our prices are therefore shown both with and without VAT.

Payment by cheque or order over the telephone
If you do not want to order online, simply print an order form and post it with a cheque - remembering to complete the VAT exemption form if appropriate (see VAT Exemption form).

Delivery

UK - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £3 for one, 2 or more £5.50 (ex. VAT)
EIRE - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £5.50 for one, 2 or more £7.50 (ex. VAT).
Rest of the World Airmail Postage and Packaging - £7.50 for one, £11 for 2 or more (ex VAT).
UK delivery for the tipper is £9 for one. £17 for 2 (ex VAT).

UK - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £5.50 (ex. VAT)
EIRE - Royal Mail First Class Postage and Packaging - £9 (ex. VAT)
Rest of the World - Airmail Internationally signed for Postage and Packaging - £17 for one, £20 for 2 or more (ex VAT).
Customers should allow 28 days for delivery (although despatch is usually within 3 days).
Returns policy
If you find the dispenser is not suitable, you may return it for a full refund less postage. It must be returned to us within 14 days, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. For details on posting back, please click on 'Terms' above.
Warranty
Should any malfunction of the automatic pill dispenser arise, you should in the first instance contact PivoTell Ltd for advice. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved, PivoTell Ltd undertake to repair or replace (at PivoTell Ltd's option) the automatic pill dispenser providing that malfunction is reported within twelve (12) months from the day of delivery.
PivoTell Ltd will accept no responsibility for faults arising from misuse of the pill dispenser (for example - dropping, water damage, foreign objects, use of sharp implements, forcing around of the internal tray). Please note that whilst the dispenser can help many people with dementia to maintain a medication regime, it is not always successful for everyone and some assessment as to its suitability should be undertaken.
