PivoTell® Automatic Pill Dispensers
Take the Right Pills at the Right Time
- Pill dispensers can be a great help for those on a regular pill regime who have difficulty remembering when and what pills to take.
- They can be simply programmed to alarm when the pills are due. Only medication due at that time is presented.
- They can help to maintain independence by assuring that the correct medication is taken.
- They can relieve the stress of the user, carer or relative, knowing that complicated pill regimes can be pre loaded into the dispenser.
PivoTell® Mk 3 Pill Dispenser Key Points
- This dispenser is suitable for those who may be confused and for whom the blister packs and dossett boxes are no longer a reliable way to access medication. Some assessment may be necessary to ascertain its suitability.
- Simple to use, safe and automatic.
- Offers the right pills at the right time.
- Reduces the risk of overdosage.
- Holds a minimum of 7 days supply, maximum 28 days.
- Alarm signal continues to ring for up to 1 hour or until pills are dispensed.
- Easily portable.
- Spare day / time discs to insert according to pill regime.
- Spare internal cassettes (see above) with lid (not shown) available for pre-filling by carer or dispensary.

PivoTell® Plus Pill Dispenser Key Points
- The 'PivoTell Plus' dispenser has all of the features of the Mk 3 dispenser
- Will send text and e-mail warning messages to family or friends if :
- Medication is not taken on time
- If left upside down
- There is a device error
- There are only four doses remaining in the tray
- The batteries need replacing
- Re-assurance that if an adverse event occurs family or friends will be warned and an Emergency Service call out may be avoided.
