Meet the team Contact usCaroline Milne founded Pivotell in 2002 after struggling to help her own mother, who had Parkinson's and Lewy body dementia, manage her medication at home. She needed a dispenser she could fill and lock that would present the right dose at the right time. When she finally found one, it transformed both their lives, and she started Pivotell so other families could have the same. Over twenty years later, Pivotell dispensers are used by families, pharmacies, councils and NHS services across the UK and beyond.
