Calls to and from Pivotell may be recorded. Here's why, and how we look after the recordings.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests under UK GDPR. Calls may occasionally not be recorded, for example because of a technical fault.
How we look after recordings
Recordings are stored securely by our phone provider, BT.
Only authorised Pivotell staff can listen to them.
We only share them where the law requires, for example with the police to investigate fraud.
We delete them within 6 months, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or investigation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of a recording of your call, ask us to delete it, or object to the recording. Contact us on 01799 550979, or use our contact form if you'd rather not phone. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. For more, see our privacy policy.
