We've tried to keep postage prices down as much as possible. UK Standard delivery items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Delivery Information:

Alternate Weekdays: Royal Mail delivers 2nd Class letters on alternate weekdays (no longer 6 days a week, and Saturday deliveries for 2nd class have been scrapped).
Delivery Aim: The official target is within 3 working days, but because collection and alternate-day delivery schedules vary by area (rotating between Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu weeks), actual arrival can occasionally stretch slightly longer depending on when it hits your sorting office.
If you need the item urgently, you should consider choosing APC Courier for your shipping choice.
APC courier - Order by Midday. Saturday deliveries are possible at an additional cost, please phone the office.
For deliveries outside of Western Europe please contact Pivotell 01799 550979 for a delivery cost.
Pivotell cannot be responsible for missing International deliveries unless the Signed-For service is chosen.

Worried you won't get on with the product? Dont worry, if you are not satisfied with the goods you have chosen, return them to us within 30 days. Pivotell will be happy to make an exchange or refund the goods providing they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Read our T&C's here.
