Delivery

  • UK standard: Royal Mail 2nd class, now delivered on alternate weekdays. Allow 3 working days, occasionally a little longer.
  • Need it quickly? Choose APC Courier and order by midday. Saturday delivery costs extra, so please call us.
  • Safe place: leave a comment at payment if your parcel can be left somewhere safe.

  • Not sure it's right for you? Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund. See our terms and conditions.
  • VAT relief: tick 'VAT Relief?' on the next screen if the product is for someone with a chronic illness or disability. Check if you qualify.
